Alpha Alternatives Financial Services Private Limited, formerly known as Provincial Finance and Leasing Co Private Limited (“the Company”), was incorporated on November 17, 1993. The Company has become part of the Alpha group as a wholly owned subsidiary of Alpha Alternatives Holdings Private Limited since January 2019. The Company is registered as a Non-Banking Financial Institution, not accepting public deposits, with the Reserve Bank of India and is engaged in the business of investments and lending.
